We hereby invite you to send Abstracts and Papers for presenting at BNAM 2026. Please include what topic or session you would like to be in. If there is a missing topic please let us know or we may insert a suitable topic. After receipt of the abstract, the Technical Committee (TC) will quickly review and let you know within about 1 month for approval. The format for the Abstracts is traditional and the preliminary dates and deadlines are showed below. These dates will be fixed later in the fall.

Deadlines for Abstracts: Friday 16.1.2026
Acceptance of Abstracts: Friday 13.2.2026
Paper Submission Deadline : Thursday 2.4.2026
BNAM 2026: 4-6.5.2026
- Each paper is normally scheduled for a total of 20min presentation, consisting of 16min presentation time + 2min for questions and 2min for changing speaker.
- Each Keynote speaker is normally scheduled for a total of 40min presentation, consisting of 35min presentation time + 3min for questions and 2min for changing speaker.
- Included for Platinum and Gold Sponsors & Exhibitors, is a short presentation of the company and the following schedule apply:
- Each Platinum Sponsor/Exhibitor is scheduled for a 5min presentation, consisting of 4min presentation time + 1min for changing speaker.
- Each Gold Sponsor/Exhibitor is scheduled for a 2.5min presentation, consisting of 2min presentation time + 30sec for changing speaker.
- Each Platinum & Gold Sponsor/Exhibitor should be on stage to enable a quick and smooth transfer to the next presenter.
- There is no time scheduled for question => but to advise delegates to visit their Exhibition
For the BNAM 2026 Opening ceremony there is a scheduled 15min presentation and for the Closing ceremony there is a scheduled 15min presentation.
