Welcome to BNAM 2026
SAS, the Swedish Acoustic Society invites you to participate in the Baltic Nordic Acoustic Meeting (BNAM 2026), 4–6 May 2026 in Gothenburg, Sweden
BNAM has a history since the start in 1954 and is a biannual event, touring around the Baltic and Nordic countries. BNAM 2026 will be held at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden 4-6 of May 2026 and will cover all types of acoustics and vibration topics.
All the Acoustics Societies from the whole Baltic Nordic region are working together for arranging and hosting the Baltic Nordic Acoustic Meeting. The preparation proceed as planned. We have a strong organization and technical committee of about 20 inter-nationally acknowledge experts within the topics of the conference.

Naturally, we have already invited companies for an exhibition to have booths to present the newest measurement equipment, materials and software. In conjunction there will be a reception with mingle and meeting new people and a traditional banquet with entertain-ment in the evening.
We would like to invite you already now to pencil the 4 – 6 of May 2026. We encourage all of you from consultancy, industry, government, manufacturer, education, trade, researchers to present papers, attend, exhibit and share your work with your colleagues & friends making BNAM 2026 a successful event valuable for all participants.
